Have you ever spent some time in our Hochkönig region? Have you ever passed our place in the Bachwinkl near Maria Alm and have you ever seen the tiny and cozy huts on the hill next to the skiing slope? If yes, you might have thought to yourself: "some day I want to spend my holidays in that place!"

Our place is easy to find. The area of the Stallergut is located on the hill right next to the road to the Bachwinkel and there they are, our cozy and neat Stallergut chalets. Somehow it is obvious that the spot in the Bachwinkl is not their place of origin - our huts originally come from the "Lungau" and the Millers relocated them to Hintermoos near Maria Alm.

There is an interesting history to our chalets. They were built in the region of the Lungau in the southern part of Salzburg - there they were used as special corn storage facilities. As they were dismantled, transported to Hintermoos and reconstructed into the Feriendorf Stallergut, the Millers tried to protect the traditional structures and preserved the historical look.
